Unplug and Recharge in Nature: Rejuvenation and Balance for the Modern Plugged-in Lifestyle
Modern times require us to be increasingly plugged-in to technology, from email to mobile phones to social media. While this will continue to be an important part of our lifestyle, it is increasingly vital to find ways to balance and restore our health and well-being. Wilderness Awareness School has developed a powerful set of routines and activities that will supercharge your time outside and help you rejuvenate and revitalize. This workshop teaches these routines, and shows you how to incorporate them into your everyday life, whether you live in a rural setting or in the heart of a major city.
Instructor: Warren Moon, Executive Director. With 20+ years experience with Wilderness Awareness School, Warren has integrated these teachings into his own life and understands the challenges of finding balance in the modern plugged-in lifestyle.

This is the essence of Bushcraft—what you need to know to craft and successfully use the tools for living in the Bush. Each skill that we teach will have a practical application. Theory will be put to the test. You will learn fundamental skills in how to live closer to nature.
