Wild Within is a group of teens who adventure one weekend a month to intensely live the core routines of nature awareness and do wilderness and community building skills that bring us alive. While the interests and passions of the students and staff guide what we do each season, potential options include: wildlife tracking, shelter building, primitive fire making, wild edible and medicinal plants, nature exploration and wandering, scouting or stealth skills, bird language, survival bow making, and much more. Teens also have the opportunity to participate in our epic end of year rites of passage called Water Quest and Fire Quest.
Fall and Spring Sessions: 4 weekends each session.
Through creative play and exploration, Monthly Course participants ages 4-13 work together in small groups gaining nature awareness and knowledge of plants, mammals, tracking, birds, and survival. We host monthly programs in Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, and Carnation – see our schedule for more information.
