With deep gratitude, Mindy Weck attributes her passionate commitment to Nature Connection to the many experiences she has had with the Wilderness Awareness School over the past 14 years. Inspired by her first WAS course, she established thriving nature programs on both coasts of the United States.
Mindy currently manages US Business Development and Strategy for Hundzsoil, a pioneering firm specializing in an organic recycled content soil amendment that reduces agricultural water use by up to fifty percent. She is also on the board of the Conservation Biology Institute in Corvallis, OR.
Previously serving on the board of the Riekes Center for Human Enhancement, Mindy secured critical funding and notable partnerships, including Grammy-winner Macy Gray for the annual Rally for Riekes fundraiser. Prior to that, she founded the ongoing Riekes-Synapse Nature Program and turned the Nature Awareness Department into a primary revenue source.
