Description
The oral story, Margaret’s Planet, created by T-Bone for Wilderness Awareness School programs, has come to life in children’s book format!
Margaret is a young girl who can talk to plants and trees and who draws on the help of her planet community to save her planet’s dying star. The book is a 64-page adventure divided into 3 parts and beautifully illustrated by the late Immersion graduate Seb Barnett.
It is the culmination of two and a half years of work and the help of friends, family, and community. The story is inspired by T-Bone’s students and teachers, and by nature. T-Bone (sometimes also known as Anthony Andreasik) has been a Wilderness Awareness School trained nature mentor for the last 7 years and continues to spend time in the forest learning, playing, and telling stories to his students.
