Nature Detective Day Camp invites young adventurers to follow the trail of nature’s clues while solving mysteries, exploring habitats, and developing keen observation skills in the wild.

This camp invites children to step into the role of a nature detective. They’ll follow clues, notice patterns, solve mini-mysteries, and discover the living world through hands-on exploration and curiosity-driven play.

Nature Detectives spend their days searching for animal tracks, identifying feathers and plants, exploring habitats, and playing games that build awareness and teamwork. Every day is an adventure and every discovery tells a story.

Your child will enjoy:

  • Hands-on exploration in forests, fields, and streams
  • Tracking wildlife through prints, signs, and clues
  • Solving nature mysteries with teamwork and curiosity
  • Investigating insects, plants, birds, and other wild neighbors
  • Learning to move quietly and observe like real nature detectives
  • Games, stories, and activities that make learning exciting
  • Building confidence, friendships, and a meaningful connection to nature

Nature Detective Day Camp nurtures children’s innate sense of wonder and inquiry, encouraging them to ask questions, notice deeply, and explore boldly.

Our experienced mentors, trained in the art of Coyote Mentoring, help campers build observation skills and confidence while having fun outdoors. Instead of a rigid curriculum, instructors follow the natural questions and discoveries of the group, making learning active, dynamic, and joyful.
