Wildlife Tracking Evaluation and Certification
When:
Saturday, September 14th: 8:30am to 4:30pm
Sunday, September 15th: 8:30am to 4:30pm
Please arrive by 8:15am and be prepared to start at 8:30am.
Where: Duvall Park & Ride in Duvall, WA at the intersection of Woodinville-Duvall Road and 203
What to Expect:
This entire course will be held outside in natural settings, rain or shine. Please bring layers to stay cool/warm given the unpredictability of Washington’s summer weather. We recommend bringing sun protection.
You will need a writing utensil and paper/pad to write on.
Health Precautions
We ask all participants to stay home if they have signs or symptoms of Covid-19. Please see the following Dept. of Health Guidelines for an updated list of symptoms. All students are asked to quarantine or isolate if they have symptoms or a Covid exposure per the most up to date state and county guidelines. Please note that masks may be required OR may be optional. We will send an update about current health and safety requirements 2 weeks before the start date.
Facilities:
You will be in the field, moving between several natural locations. Some locations will have a portable toilet, others will not.
Food:
No meals are provided with this program. Please bring a lunch and snacks. Pack as much water as you will need for a full day. There likely won’t be anywhere to fill up.
